Welcome to the www.crushthismarket.com  web site, which is owned and operated by Crush This Market.com, LLC (the "Service"). When you use the Service, you accept the Terms of Service. Crush This Market.com, LLC  reserves the right to modify content on the Service and these Terms of Service periodically without prior notice.  If you have a disagreement with the updated Terms of Service and do not wish to abide by the new Terms of Service it is your responsibility to contact us and cancel your subscription.  Once you contact us to cancel, any unused portion of your subscription term will be refunded to you in whole months (partial months will not be refunded).

Please note that the discounted subscriptions are bound to the full subscription term.  However, if you have to cancel before the subscription term expires, you will be charged the incremental discount that you have received to date.  For example, if you are a subscriber to the annual subscription and you have been a full paying subscriber for five months.  If you were to cancel after five months, you would be charged an additional amount of the (monthly rate – annual rate) multiplied by 5.  If you aren’t sure of your commitment to the service, please just opt for the monthly rate.

Please note that CrushThisMarket.com, LLC reserves the right to discontinue the Service at its discretion.  If the Service was discontinued all subscribers would be refunded any unused portion of their subscription term on a pro-rated basis.  We also reserve the right to refuse the Service to new subscribers if we feel the number of subscribers has grown to a level where it may compromise the performance for the existing subscribers.

Please note that it is your responsibility to know your subscription recurring billing date.  For example if your last recurring billing date is May 2nd and you are a monthly subscriber, you need to cancel your subscription before June 2nd to avoid an additional charge for the next month.  If you were to call and cancel on May 22nd then you would receive the service through June 1st and of course you would not be billed on June 2nd.
